Climate & Energy Senior Advisor
Rebecca‘s work as Climate and Energy Senior Advisor focuses on promoting the uptake of clean energy and affordable energy in the grid supply through legislative and regulatory policy. Rebecca comes to Hoosier Environmental Council from direct implementation of utility energy efficiency programs. Previously, Rebecca worked at ClimateView, where she focused on ensuring that cities have access to the best possible analysis to plan their climate transition. She is an incredibly proud Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, having served in the Maternal and Child Health project in Guatemala. Her experience working with indigenous communities there led her to the conclusion that reducing the impact of climate change is the single greatest equity issue of our time.Rebecca studied Political Science, International Studies, and Global Affairs. She holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.A. from Yale University.
