Senior Events & Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time)

Do you get a rush from planning events, organizing moving pieces, and connecting with a wide range of people, from students to advocates to community members?The Hoosier Environmental Council (HEC) is seeking a part-time Senior Events & Outreach Coordinator to help grow and energize our community engagement efforts in support of a more sustainable future for Indiana. The role focuses on tabling and representing HEC at community events, planning HEC events, promoting HEC events through social media and targeted emails, and volunteer management with opportunities to grow HEC’s volunteer program in the future.This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a flexible schedule and work that evolves day to day. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent writing, verbal communication, planning, and time management skills. Volunteer or professional experience in community engagement and event planning is preferred.Learn more.
