
Morgan Bronson
Adjunct Faculty at IU Indy
Morgan Bronson is a dedicated advocate for climate justice and sustainability whose work sits at the intersection of environmental action and social equity. She holds a Master of Science in Climate Justice from Glasgow Caledonian University, where her studies focused on the systemic links between climate change, community resilience, and economic opportunity.
Morgan has led impactful public-sector sustainability efforts across Indianapolis, serving as Director of the Office of Sustainability for the City of Indianapolis and as Sustainability and Resilience Manager at the Indianapolis Airport Authority. In these roles, she advanced policies and programs that reduce emissions, strengthen infrastructure, and ensure that climate solutions deliver meaningful benefits to frontline communities.
In addition to her public service, Morgan is Adjunct Faculty at IU Indy, where she teaches Urban Sustainability and mentors the next generation of climate leaders.
A proud resident of Holy Cross, Morgan lives with her husband, daughter, and their two cats.
