Brandon Powell, a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, is a seasoned entrepreneur in the areas of business formation and execution primarily for trade based concerns. He has consulted and advised developers, custom home builders and general trade partners in the areas of land acquisition, master planning, building trends and science, funding, project management and design build streamlining. Brandon is actively involved in site selection, acquisitions, zoning and entitlement, and management for various development projects for Chatham Park Development.

He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Butler University. Brandon remains rooted in growing the Indianapolis business community mainly in the areas of built structures and environments.
