The location of animal feeding operations (AFO) permitted by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) are shown in this map. This map includes both confined animal feeding operations (CFO) and concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFO). Learn more about the difference here.
Your cursor will allow you to pan the camera to explore different areas. Use the search bar to type in an address, select a point on the map to display more detailed information about each facility, or zoom in and out by using the arrows on the top left.
Clicking the home icon in the top left will revert the map to its original extent. The bottom left icon will allow you to toggle between the current basemap and satellite imagery.
