Indiana’s Coal Ash Groundwater Reports

The 2015 federal coal ash rule (‘CCR Rule’) requires each utility to collect and test groundwater around their coal ash landfills and impoundments.  They are then required to write an annual report on the monitoring.

The first annual reports, covering the first period of groundwater monitoring, had to be posted to the utilities’ CCR webpages no later than March 2, 2018.  The links below go directly to the groundwater reports.
