Join the Indianapolis Office of Sustainability and Indy Parks for their free, all-ages workshop series – Indy’s Thriving Neighbors! These seven workshops are designed to be sustainability- and climate-focused for community members to learn more about different aspects of environmental action and wellbeing.
Kheprw Institute staff will engage attendees in a workshop focused on environmental justice, what it means, and how to tackle and prevent it.
AES Indiana will also be distributing free tree saplings to the general public on-site to celebrate Arbor Day! Spend a little time learning about the ways different organizations, including Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and the City’s Urban Forestry division, are working to increase Indy’s tree canopy and how to best ensure your sapling grows to its full potential.
