Indianapolis Power & Light Co. (IPL) is seeking IURC approval of a seven-year, $1.2 billion infrastructure plan. CAC will have more information about this giant increase on our website soon.

The OUCC is using its legal and technical resources to review the plan and is scheduled to file testimony on October 7, 2019.

If the plan is approved, then IPL will be allowed to seek incremental rate increases during the plan’s life, as described below.

IPL customers may comment for the case record by sending written comments to the OUCC and/or speaking at either of two IURC public field hearings in Indianapolis. Hearings start at 6:00 p.m.
