Pollinator Plants in our Prairies

Celebrate National Pollinator Week with us! There are numerous plants that live in our prairies that are not only beautiful and showy but also ecologically beneficial. Pollinators use these plants as food and nectar sources. When we talk about pollinator species, we are talking about the bees, butterflies, moths, flies, bats, and even small mammals.
