Indiana Phenology is hosting Dr. Park, Assistant Professor at Purdue University, for a free virtual webinar “Plants in Time: Patterns and consequences of variation in phenological responses to climate” on Wednesday, May 24 at 7 pm.
Shifts in plant phenology are among the most dramatic biological responses to climate change and can have substantial ecological impacts. Dr Daniel Park, Assistant Professor at Purdue University will talk about his research utilizing digital herbarium collections and community science, and what he has learned about the patterns and consequences of variation in plant phenological responses to climate.
