The ERC invite you to a talk by their own Bruce Kingsbury and Bob Gillespie to discuss the connections that wetlands have to the world around them.

After a brief review of the beauty of wetlands and their importance to biodiversity, Bruce and Bob will explore the connection of wetlands, even “isolated” ones, to adjacent aquatic systems and how past and present policies affect their conservation and water quality in our streams and drinking water. Some things to expect are state and Midwest water quality legislation, WOTUS, and pretty pictures.

If you’re interested in joining in, please RSVP by dropping the ERC a line at erc@pfw.edu so we can keep you informed about our plans. Open to all and free as per usual.
