LEAF Merges with HEC

Hoosier Environmental Council (HEC) and Legal Environmental Aid Foundation (LEAF) are joining forces to advance environmental policy in Indiana.

Through previous successful partnerships, HEC and LEAF have discovered synergy between the organizations’ missions, staff expertise, and reach throughout the State of Indiana. As a result, LEAF will merge to become part of HEC. Our merged organization unites the policy education and advocacy strengths of HEC with the legal and technical assistance strengths of LEAF.

We look forward to our future working together as on organization with a greater breadth of tools to take on threats posed to our air, land, and water, and greater possibilities to foster an era of true environmental sustainability in our state.
