Cutting emissions from the transportation sector
-  Join Indiana Citizens’ Alliance for Transit (ICAT), in supporting legislation that will increase funding for public transit, like hybrid buses and light rail.

- Become a part of the movement of businesses and green groups that are rallying behind the need for state and federal funding for high speed rail.

Cutting emissions from the electricity sector 

- Support policies that will promote renewable electricity technologies, such as a strong state-level Renewable Electricity Standard (RES) and  Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Bonds.

Sequestering carbon emissions through protecting Indiana’s forests

- Be a part of the effort to expand Indiana’s forested region by supporting federal funding for precious wilderness areas like the Patoka Wildlife Refuge.

- Support the much more sustainable and affordable alternative US 41/I-70 route.
