Greening Your Community

GYC HeaderThe Hoosier Environmental Council’s First Annual Greening Your Community Initiative will kick off in November and continue through the beginning of the 2015 legislative session.

Are you motivated to make a positive difference in your community and across the state? Join us for a “Greening Your Community” House Party! The Hoosier Environmental Council is looking to bring the momentum of our annual Greening the Statehouse event to communities across the state!

Each house party will have a showing of some short videos about big issues coming up in the 2015 legislative session as well as a discussion aimed at getting people charged up to help with the next session. These in-your-community house parties aim to be a natural follow-up to our annual Greening the Statehouse gatherings in Indianapolis — to get fellow green-minded citizens organized in your community!
